BY HIGH-SPEED TRAIN SİVAS - ISTANBUL AND SIVAS - ANKARA ONLY FOR 5 HOURS

Minister of Transport, Maritime and Communications, Ahmet Arslan, said that the completion of the Sivas - Istanbul and Sivas - Ankara lines and the distance between Sivas and Istanbul will be reduced to 5 hours by the high speed train.

Ahmet Arsalan went on to say: in order to promote the high-speed rail line, we work on the entire Ankara-Kirikkale, Yozgat and Sivas railway lines on an east-west, north-south axis. 

By the end of 2018, we plan to complete the high-speed line in early 2019. All routes work intensively on the superstructure when the infrastructure is needed.

With these works Ankara - Sivas will fall to 2 hours. The high speed train now works between Anklara and Pendik. High speed train to Haydar Paşaya when the line is over. The passengers coming from Sivas reach Haydar Paşaya in 5 hours.
